Mark is someone who I can recommend wholeheartedly. After leaving my last job, I found myself in a position that required answering some questions that were ‘overdue’.
It included some obvious questions such as ‘what would be a fitting next career step’ and ‘what makes me tick’. The real value of Mark’s coaching, however, was found in finding answers to the less obvious questions such as ‘how to carve your own path in this hectic society’ and ‘what does happiness mean to me’. I’m glad I didn’t start out on this journey from a textbook (as I’ve tried many times before) and had Mark on my side.
The great thing about Mark is that he himself serves as an embodiment of ‘what personal development could look like and means for someone who belongs to generation Y’. His coaching style fits his audience well as well as that he makes personal growth fun, real and practical. He has given me a different perspective on life, work and relationships. He has sparked new ideas and rejuvenated my energy to explore and find ‘my happiness’ .. or as Mark maybe would have put it; ‘you have given yourself the gift of personal growth, a more fulfilling life and a different perspective’.
